Transportation Innovations for Climate Action
January 7, 2025 7:45 – 9:45 a.m.

Multimodal transportation and housing are key topics for the 2025 legislative session, as Governor Polis and the state legislature aim to address the impacts on our climate and air quality.
While Colorado is making progress in tackling climate issues, we will not achieve our 2040 goals without continued policy change. As Governor Polis embarks on the second half of his final term, progress to achieve the goals included in the Climate Roadmap must prevail.
The Commuting Solutions 16th Legislative Breakfast will bring together civic and business leaders, state legislators, and experts from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors for an important discussion on:
- The relationship between transportation and climate impact
- Innovations in transit-oriented communities
- Rail development and funding
- Expansion of statewide transit
- Safety for all
This event presents an important opportunity to engage in these critical conversations. Join us January 7 at the Glenn Miller Ballroom at the University Memorial Center for what is sure to be an insightful and energetic morning!
